Big GrubEEEEEEUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGG! That’s disgusting. Who’s up for dinner! No one? I’m not eating that either. I don’t care if it tastes like peanut-butter!

The gardener for the Womancraft retreat house found this massive thing and called us over. At first I thought he was asking if we had dug up his patch of grass, but then he pointed his panga (massive knife) at it. I said “Wooooooooooooooow! Wait, I’ll take a picture!” And here they are. The photo where the grub is next to someone’s feet, they belong to Oli. It was huge. Shoulda been there, in fact, why doesn’t everyone who’s reading this come to Africa. Fine, don’t, it was worth a try.

goatWe got these goats on Tuesday. They’re not ours, but we like to feed them bamboo leaves. The one you can see in the photo is the baby. We like to pat it. We make sure with the mum by feeding her heaps. It’s so soft! The guards and gardeners are building a goat pen. We asked pastor if we could take it for walks. He looked uncertain but finally said OK. That is all for today.
